 Jeffco Owner and President Jeffrey Robins
brings a personal approach to his custom home
building and remodeling business. “When clients
hire Jeffco, they’re truly hiring me and they
get my full attention,” says Robins.
With more than 27 years of experience,
Robins provides project management and
supervision for everything from small bathroom
renovations to full custom home construction.
“I’m involved in the day-to-day of every single
job,” says Robins, who oversees each project’s
entire process, from developing plans with
architects, to on-site management, to weekly
client meetings. “Clients can contact me any
time and they’re always going to get a
response.” Robins gives clients full access to
all their costs and helps monitor expenses,
offering complete construction management
services.
The level of Jeffco’s quality is evident in
finished homes. “You can tell it’s a Jeffco house
by the attention to detail and how well the
house ages over the years,” he says.
Robins is a
Certified Green Professional through the
National Association of Home Builders. “Being
at the forefront of education and new techniques
has always been the goal of our business,”
he says.
Robins grew up in Bethesda and lives in
Rockville. His wife, Rena, is Jeffco’s Vice
President, overseeing administration and all
accounting services. His older son, Jared,
recently came on board, working in project
management, and his younger son, Joshua,
graduates this spring from SMU. Jeffco has
received numerous awards from the Maryland-
National Capital Building Industry Association
and local and national building publications.
