When first entering into the business world of construction, I never imagined that working in one's occupied home, completely disrupting their sanctuary, would affect change in a way that a remodel or renovation does to a family setting. Dating back some twenty plus years with JEFFCO's first remodeling project to present time, remodeling has been a true passion for us. It is not uncommon to find one of our staff one minute on a site, in a meeting with a client and minutes later visiting with another client in a showroom offering our expertise in purchasing materials for their home. Feasibility Meeting- We will arrange a complimentary visit to your home to discuss all parameters of the project at hand.
Architects and Interior Designers- Should these consultants not be selected, we have a wonderful group of very accomplished professionals that we would recommend gladly.
Value Engineering/Budgeting- Again a gratis service, we will provide detailed preliminary budgeting to help the client make responsible financial decisions for their project. Once selected as the builder of choice, our almost thirty years of construction experience allows us to offer suggestions for project adjustments to assist the client in obtaining a budget and product that meets their goals and aspirations.
Project Management- JEFFCO offers full time site supervision on all its projects. Weekly meeting dates are established and followed to keep communication at the forefront of the project, budgets are managed daily and equally important are our clients expectations.
Closing out a JEFFCO project is not quite as simple as shaking hands and submitting a final invoice. We become intimately involved with our clientele, our phone lines and email correspondences are always open for our clients. Time frames may exist in this industry, but a JEFFCO client is always serviced, no matter how many days, months or years after their particular project has been completed.
